Can I skip my delivery for a particular week?

Yes. You can skip your delivery until your order is processed

Can I change how many meals I get?

Yes. You can adjust your order weekly and there is a five meal per week minimum.

When is the deadline to change or skip my order?

The deadline to change or skip your order is Friday.

Does Nutriste offer allergy-friendly recipes?

Our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, wheat, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish, or wheat. While we take steps to minimize risk and safely handle the foods that contain potential allergens, please be advised that cross-contamination may occur, as factors beyond our reasonable control may alter the formulations of the food we serve, or manufacturers may change their formulations without our knowledge.

Do I have to get breakfast, lunch, and dinner?

No, feel free to select any combination of meals you want!

Can I use Nutriste without a dietitian?

No. To sign up, your dietitian must register you as a client. Once they do this, you will receive an email with instructions on how to get started.

Do I need to be home to accept my delivery?

Yes, we will confirm a delivery time with you the day of.

When are my meals delivered?

We deliver meals on Sundays and Monday evenings.
